Green Lighting LED in Erie, Pa., received loans through the Erie Innovation Fund (EIF), a partnership between the Erie County Gaming Revenue Authority and Ben Franklin Technology Partners. The EIF was established to provide Erie County entrepreneurs and small, established manufactures with access to local capital to develop new products or gain access to a new market.
