On Monday morning, Governor Dannel Malloy, the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, Senator Bob Duff, and other state and local officials announced Connecticut's first energy efficiency project financed through the Commercial Industrial Property Assessed Clean Energy programor C-PACE in Norwalk
The C-PACE program offers affordable financing for energy improvements for commercial properties.
The shopping plaza at 542 Westport Avenue will soon see many energy improvements including the installation of a solar array and efficient lighting upgrades throughout the property.
Governor Malloy says the program is an important step for the State.
Along with 17 other cities and towns, Norwalk is one of the first to authorize C-PACE financing
