Degremont (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd

Degrémont’s story began in the 1870s, with the creation of a mechanical engineering workshop at Le Cateau in the North of France by Adalbert Degremont.

In 1904, his son Émile took over the running of Établissements Émile Degrémont, with the design of a specific range of products in the field of water treatment (including filters, purifiers and de-aerators). In 1939, Gilbert, the grandson of the family, expanded this fledgling activity into an international enterprise by creating "Degrémont-Traitement des eaux".
