Accuvio was founded on the principal of simplifying Sustainability (Natural Capital) reporting for companies of any size anywhere in the world.

As Climate Change becomes more of an issue for global economies, Accuvio recognized that legislators will therefore be forced to increase the requirements and burden of environmental reporting upon companies. Specifically the legislation will focus on companies reporting their consumption of the world’s natural resources or Natural Capital. Accuvio recognised that over time, legislators will widen the net from the largest emitters to the medium and smaller emitters. Accuvio’s vision has always been that the reporting of financial capital and natural capital (carbon, energy, water etc) would converge. With these key points, Accuvio identified the need for a change from traditional and expensive reporting software, to a easy to use affordable web based reporting solution which is suitable for organisations of all sizes.
