Madison Capital, LLC was formed in 1997 as a result of the merger of two companies: Harbor Equipment Leasing which began in 1983, and Fox-Valley Vehicle Leasing which started in1974.

While both companies were initially focused on the Mid-Atlantic, over the years, each company grew and extended their geographic territory to eventually conduct business throughout the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.
