Our directors spent a large majority of their past experience in the waste, finance industry and advertising industry. We have first class B2B customer service experience.

During the year of setting up SMT Waste Brokers, we identified that the level of customer service in the waste industry needs to be improved. Not only do we have a passion for customer service, we are also dedicated to a challenge and this was the challenge we had been looking for – to provide a service into the waste industry that is beneficial to both the customers and the waste management companies.
